1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at service@biamba.com. If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or return.

4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

  • Our Promise: We take full responsibility for genuine product defects.

  • Inspection Policy: All returned "defective" items are inspected by our team. Please note that if a product is tested and found to be fully functional (not defective), a refund will not be issued, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
