Return & Refund Policy

Customers must return products in their original condition, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Return expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Requests for refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations must be submitted through one of the methods outlined at the end of these Terms and Conditions. Customers may request a refund, exchange, or cancellation within 30 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period will be subject to the sole discretion of the Site.

Approval of refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer in writing.

If a refund, exchange, or cancellation is approved for reasons other than product defects:

  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped in accordance with the Site's shipping policy, with shipping costs covered by the customer.

If approval is granted due to a product defect:

  • The Site will take full responsibility for collecting or exchanging the defective products.
  • All defective products will be examined by the Site. If the product is deemed valid (not defective), refunds will not be approved, and the product will be returned to the customer. The customer will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the return.
