1. Return Eligibility

2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at service@biamba.com. If your return is accepted, weโll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs

- Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or return.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.
