Shipping Policy
CURRENTLY, WE OFFER FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS.
Orders placed on the Site will be shipped to the address provided by the customer or any other location agreed upon during the order process.
Products will be shipped within the following timeframes:
- By courier: within 5 business days.
- By the United States Postal Service (USPS): within 8 business days.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are subject to change. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. The Site may also establish a minimum order value for purchases.
If a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, the Site will notify the customer. If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be shipped without the unavailable product.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to the store. Reshipping will require payment of an additional shipping fee by the customer.
Orders will be shipped under the following conditions:
- Reasonable access is available to the delivery location.
- For shipments to organizations, institutions, or locations requiring special authorization, or without clearly marked streets or house numbers, the order will be delivered to the distribution point of the specified location.
The Site is not liable for delays or issues in shipping caused by:
- Force majeure or events beyond the Site’s control.
- Shipping provider or USPS delays.
- Holiday seasons, including November and December, when shopping holidays and sales occur.
- Economic disruptions or other circumstances that impair the operations of the Site, its suppliers, or service providers.
