1. The assembly process was not performed correctly. Repeat all the steps from the beginning and follow the assembly and operation video available on the website under the "Support" section of Biamba Pump.

2. The pump comes in a 25 mm size, which may not fit certain colored adapters. A measurement guide is included in the package. Measure and connect the appropriate size. Additionally, the package includes three additional size options.
   
3. Ensure the silicone diaphragm part was assembled correctly.

Replace the silicone parts, including the valve and silicone diaphragm, which are responsible for the pump's functionality and were likely damaged during cleaning. It is important to clean them according to the guide. As with all pumps, it is recommended to replace these parts every 3-4 months. An additional replacement set is included in the package.
